I joined Theta Phi Alpha freshman year at Pratt University in Brooklyn NY and I would have to say I have never been more productive in my life before. With a required minimum GPA and a determined spirit I have been able to do so much in so little time. With countless philanthropies including NYC Revlon Run Walk and MS walk, New York Cares and doing services to the school we try our best to become productive in school and in our personal lives dealing with time management and our own individual personalities that make up our chapter. We not only have so much fun together but we also learn how to have productive business meetings as friends, learning how to sit down and not get carried away with laughter, sometimes. My college experience would not be the same without them, and what I am trying to really say is that sororities are not about those red plastic cups for my chapter, it's all about being determined and productive individuals and having a close family relationship so no matter what there is always someone to turn to, even if they are a freshman or have graduated five years ago. Loyalty, friendship, justice, faith, truth, value, "Nothing great is ever achieved without much enduring. "
